The Arc, Specifications & Outcomes
The programme runs for sixteen weekly sessions of four hours over four months. The work is continuous, rigorous and requires ongoing home study and regular assessments.
Cohorts are made up of between 4 - 6 participants. The sequence of the process has been carefully orchestrated for maximum impact: it requires a full commitment to the time, effort and order of the work.
He who has a why can endure any how.
No act can be skipped:
the sequence is deliberate;
the arc is the methodology.
The Athanor
A structured assessment of the current identity architecture; what it is built from, what it costs, and how it operates.
The Descent
Naming precisely what is happening; which elements of identity are stable, which are in transition, and which have run their course.
The Vigil
A structured process for moving through the ending of configurations that no longer serve us.
The Ascent
Building the next architecture. Not a reaction to disruption but a considered construction: what is mine to build, and on what terms?
The Integration
